Does Eventless replace our CMS?
No. Eventless complements your CMS. The CMS stays responsible for content, Eventless handles event and registration logic.
What does website integration cost?
Integration into your website is scoped individually by smartive. Eventless setup itself is free.
Are there setup fees?
No. Initial Eventless setup is included in the price.
Can external organizers be added?
Yes – as the «External organizers» module for CHF 50 per month. They manage their own events via magic link, you approve what goes live.
What happens if we exceed the limits?
We adjust capacity individually – for example more users, storage, or API calls. Additional costs are agreed in writing upfront.
Where is data hosted?
Hosting is included in the monthly license. You can export your data as CSV anytime.
